PS Belt

I'm pretty sure the belt on my PS pump is loose. I have no PS until I rev the engine and then it will kick in when everything is up to speed. My question is is there a tensioner on it or can I just loosen a bolt and tighten everything up, or do I have to replace the belt.

You loosen the pivot bolt and the adjustment bolt on the PS pump bracket and pry it up to tension the belt. There is no tensioner on this part.
