my car starts and runs fine, but when i turn all the wat 2 the left or right, it seem s to disengage from the tranny making clicking noises, and wont shift into park, i must turn the car off put in key into the shifter consol to put into park, the car like i said works fine just cant turn all the way to either side, i havent drinven it since it happened, i was told cv shafts but i dont wanna fix if thats not the case!!! My guess would be that its the boot on your cv shaft.
axles commin out of the trans? maybe

Soulds like it, Maybe your cv's are compressed and extending them all the way doesnt stretch the joint, but pulls it out of the trans. My guess is its only 1 of the 2 axles, check it out. Turn it all the way until it does that. Turn it off and jack it up, see if one has popped out. Replace it, problem solved.
