B20A1 won't start

i convert my carb to EFI and now facing some problem!It crank but won't start.
The PGM-FI indicator at instrument panel light on and the LED on ECU Ignition there was an error code.
It light on 4 times in one second...
The LED on ECU FI no blink
what was the error code and what's problem with my engine???

Code 4 is CKP (Crankshaft Position Sensor). Which distributor are you using? Do you have the external sensor unit plugged in to the exhaust camshaft?
