The clamp on my muffler right now is all rusted and I can't loosen the @$#%ing bolts. Any ideas short of sawing it off?

PB Blaster is the best bolt loosener, IMO. A torch might help too

imo any rust bolt loosener very seldom works if they are very rusted, they would rather break off than release...just be ready to bust your knuckles when they break off!
i swear by "releasol" it can take the hair off my nads
