    90 Accord Ractive strut bar

First you wanna unbolt the igniton coil bracket and put it out of the way.
Then dry fit your strut bar. Next your going to take the two brackets of the strut and where the 3 predrilled holes are take a jig saw and cut them into a u shape. Next line up your brackets and push them over as far as they can go.
Fianally your going take a hammer and tap the brackets so they bend untill you can fit the bolt through both sides of the brackets.

have anyone tried 2G teg strut bar for the front. the suspension is identical to ours and the bolt mounts are identical.the width of the car almost there. Teg is narrower by less than 1 inch. may be not even that.
i just thought i would ask.

yea the 4g-5g bars will work, but I havn't tried the front. also the civic front bars will work not if you have the 86-87 TB. The rear mounts take`some serious work, not your typical re drilling.
