okay explaining it a sentence rather than trying to use code words to explain your problem is not working.
If the cyl#1 is white as hell its the sign of lean combustion. Black deposits are usually normal combustion but Rich.
The best thing to do is let the engine cool down to outside temperature, then do a compression test on all the cylinders. Then post the numbers on here and then we can determine what exactly might be the problem.
Even tho combustion charecteristics are easily guessed or determined by the apperance of the spark plugs, there is a lot more guess work involved due to the unknown nature of the cylinders. So once the compression numbers are reviewed, you can start off looking into other similar issues of what exactly might be the problem.
If you burn coolant, your sparkplugs will look white with white cake-y flakes.
