Your car will use motor oil.

i would use a synthetic oil if it uses regular oil
wont break down as fast .

You can use API grade SE or Sf Engine oil...
i just use honda mtf
yea ill use synthetic cause it has 365 000km on it and its all original

just use any brand 10w-30 .. i have been using it for many many years on thousands of cars ,, no need for syntetic or Honda fluid.. trust me 10w-30 works just great ...
True, 10W-30 works great, and is what the transmission was originally designed for. Hond MTF is recommended as a replacement, but is not necassary on pre-1990 vehicles. That said, I use MTF in both my Ludes, my 4G Accord, and my 1G CR-X. Oh, and Honda MTF IS synthetic. But regardless, we recommend replacement every 30K miles.
