Well at the very least your going to need to upgrade your struts to handle the stiffer lowering springs. Koni's in the front and the rear if you can afford them, if not Tokico's should be fine for the rear. Now as far as the springs, how much it will cost you will depend on what kind of a drop you want. Keep in mind that if you go below 1.5" you will need some kind of camber correction for the front. So it's going to depend on what kind of drop you want.
    1.5" H&R's $149 from www.optauto.com
    1.5" B&G suspension (firmer than the H&R's) $169 www.shox.com
2.0" Suspension Techniques speed tech springs $97 from
    www.nopionline.com or www.fastfours.com
2.25" drop for $129-$139 from,....well I'll have to look that one up

    Front Koni's will be $216 from www.shox.com or www.tirerack.com
    Rear Tokico's will be about $110 http://www.autocarparts.com/search/r...&subcat=Shocks

Again, how much it's gonna cost you depend's on how low you wanna go. You can control you camber correction cost's by install 2nd gen prelude control arms and some washers. But you may find it easier to simply buy a camber correction kit for the front, which would cost around $110 or so.
H&R springs revalved Bilstein front struts, koni struts in the rear 195/55-15 Dunlop W-10's Dc Sports header custom cat-back with Dynomax super turbo w/3" Brembo slotted & dimpled rotor's EBC pads
Well, that's what I used to have, wrecked, 7/3/02.
