Alright Guys, What Is This?? (56k warning)

Well, I had just recently discovered that this has been disconnected for the majority of my ownership of the car. I have sinced connected it. I know you know, please inform one who doesn't! Thanks.

yea, should plug in with a couple other plugs under or by the battery tray, I know EFI's have only 1 plug there I think, not too sure about the carbs, but i think there are 3. So i know this is a vague response, but I'm guessing it's carb specific. I'll consult my wiring diagrams later if no one else has answered the question, but I have physics homework right now.

Yeah, since it's been plugged in I have not noticed any difference as far as response or performance or anything electrical, so it must have been something small or insignificant
