engine to cold?

my car used to get really really hot and then i put in a new Radatior and it worked fine and now its not warming up at all it just stalls and doesnt budge you can tell the engine is trying to heat up because you push the HEAT or Defrost and it will push out Warm air but not as much as it used to.. anyone know whats going on?

It actually sounds like the thermostat may be stuck open. It's cheap and easy enough to try replacing that first.
