Do these pairs can replace the original pairs?
I mean the size 7" x 6" is correct?

from what i heard, yes. the 7x6 do replace the stock headlamps/headlights. but you need to get the bulbs yourself. all it is, is the headlamp housing. the size for the bulbs are H4. but they may be different for other brands of bulbs.
