I own a 86 Honda Accord LXi HB and when ever i hit a bump my back tire seems to be hitting my Quater panel. and eating away at my tires. Is there anyway to fix this w/o getting new rims?
BTW its only affecting the Rear Drivers Side Tire.

Roll pole the lip in side the gard and should give another 10 to 15mm more room. What size tire's have you got?

Do you have aftermarket or stock rims?
What size tires do you have?
Alex.
use the least widest tire you can find and just take out the rubber under fender liners and then either use a baseball bat or mallet and bend in the inner metal parts that hold the plastic liner in place...should give you at least a half inch of clearance just like stated above.
There is a how too or something on rolling fender lips. Search.
or you might have a blown strut/spring???
Breaking news! What has an H in it!

No. Whate size are they?
If your rims are 16", go with 205/45/16 (that is if those rims are 16x7..)
Also, the offset on those rims looks wayy too big. I think the biggest you should go on offsets was 42. Those look a lot more, like 38 or so.
Alas, no more 3gee. She was a wonderful car and will be missed..
No more 92 hatch either! I go through cars too much.
90 CRX
Yep, I agree with Acid. Someone put the wrong offset wheels on that car.
when i bought the car it came with them on it.![]()
those wheels sticking out too much. you may want to replace them with stock ones or right aftermarket ones.
look around the board and you may find people selling wheels and tires.
Alex.
