Im planning to buy an ebay short ram intake for a 1990-1993 honda accord for my 89 lxi. Most of the intakes ive looked at say they will include a MAF adapter for specific vehicle will be included. My question is will the MAF work with my 89 lxi since the intake is made for 4th gen accords? i know there is a million intake threads around but noone of them had any helpfull info. Thanks.
I think if it was a problem other members would have brought it up, there are plenty of accord intakes from various years that have been installed on our year.

that, and our car lacks an MAF. the intake pipe goes directly to the TB.
yea you would know if your car had a MAF. its a big ugly box (usually) just before the throttle body.
Thanks for the info guys i just ordered a short ram intake from ebay for a 90-93 accord. Damn shipping cost more than the intake lol ($5 for the intake $18 for the shipping) i will be replacing the filter later on for something better though. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-93...QQcmdZViewItem.
