so the video says 4th gen but it also says 1989 which suggest to me 3rd gen...now it has the fixed headlights but didnt the eruo 3g have fixed lights?

and even if it is a 4g i didnt know the JDM one had FIVE cylinders..intresting

Nope, thats a 4g. Japan launched the 4g in 89, and in america at 90. Just like the 85 JDM accord.. 86 here..

The vigor had 5 cylinders and the vigor was pretty close to the 3rd gen accord.

I really wish they did a test of the DOHC 2.0i 3rd gen.

i think maken one of them 5 banger vigor engines work in our cars would be pretty sweet...definetly unique

and i agree on the they should have tested the DOHC 2.0i 3g

4 wheel steering - the rear tires turn slightly. They put in on a few ludes in the mid 90's here in the states. I don't know if they did it to other cars in other places. It wasn't all that great of a system though so they retired it. You'll find it on some of the bigger GMC/Chevy trucks now though.

Nope, the Vigor with the 5 cyl engine was the '89-'92 Acura Vigor.

The '85-'88 Honda Vigor had the JDM B20A engine.

You cant put the 5 cylinder engine in the 3rd gen accord. It would be the same as swapping in an H22.

as we talked about before about the vigor. Its a Longitudinal I5 and ours is a Lateral. the Tranny sits behind the motor and i doubt if we have much clearance for it under our firewall and floor pan.
