For some reason my right for posting Pic's and link's has been taking away and No one can tell me why.That buds the hell out of me.At the bottom of each thread there is thr Posting Rules this what is says for me Posting Rules

Yeah my attatchment abilities are gone too. I can't even edit my old ones unless I painstakingly search and delete them... but then I can't update them I'll have to use my photobucket account.

Those posting rules are correct. Nobody can post attachments anymore. It has been that way for months now. You can use the Imageshack to upload images and post in your threads, or post images like you normally would using the [IMG] tags like this:
Look at the how-to posted in three different places on the board for posting pictures. You have the "right" to post pictures and links using the [img] and [url] tags just like everyone else. I explained this to you in the PM I sent you on 2/20.
You were using the basic interface when making posts, which does not show smilies or quick links for posting images and other stuff, but it doesn't mean that you still cannot post images or links. I changed it to the advanced editor.
