Well it's probably the difference between an A20A4 (EFI) and the A20A3 (EFI)
A20A2 doesn't have EGR... well some don't. Thats the carb version.

mine doesnt have an EGR in it, but for some reason when i see a picture of the intake manifold on hondaautomotiveparts it shows theres a place for the EGR
it's probably the US version then
