    front license plate

i need to replace the front license plate. I am wondering if there is some trick to getting it off. Otherwise i think i have to take the bumper off. There is a smalll whole behind the plate that is right next the the bolt. I can see some metal thing spinning when i turn the bolt. Did something come loose from the bumper?

Sounds like you might have a nut on the back side, Try putting a box end wrench on that nut (If that's what it is), and a box end, socket, or screwdriver on the front (depending what it is, screw, bolt, etc.. )
Or... Maybe the threads are stripped and spinning in the bumber, In that case
    drill it out ?

(1)Remove the front turn signal lights, disconnect the wiring harness
    (2) remove 2 bumber mounting screws on each side at rear bumber edge.
(3)remove 2 lower bumber mounting bolts
    (4) remove 4 bumper mounting bolts, slide the bumper to the front
    (5) remove the bumper bracket by removing the bolts
Not hard at all, good luck !

That's what I did. Now I have a tiny hole in my bumper. When I repaint it's going to be filled.
