200+ ALL MOTOR LS VTEC
I think it's overbuilt, but damn does it look killer. The workmanship is top-notch.
right now i can't afford to get the parts to overhaul these carbs, so i'll get it all mocked up then later on when i can afford it i'll pull the carbs off the manifold and finish them, just now getting back into this project, have had a lot of stuff going on that has taken all my time away to work on this car
I was about to suggest that maybe one of our other members has a carb kit they could sell you cheap, but then I remembered that you're building a small scale cold fusion reactor to run that car. ...or something. I assume you'll sell the plans to the Pentagon when you are finished, buy a small Caribbean island and live like royalty for the rest of your life. LOL

I doubt anyone on here has a rebuild kit for these, I'll rebuild them myself, but the parts are very expensive. I also need to get the throttle shafts changed over to the sealed ball bearing shafts. it's going together slowly. I already found the Z car float bowl tops to covert to z floats and needle valves, the main thing with these is they were never sold here, you can use a lot of z car parts but some of them have to be imported. z therapy out in cali is the major rebuilder of these.

I put up 20 threads with 2 responses, i bump an old one and everyone comes out of the woodwork.http://photobucket.com/newcarphotos
thanks,it looks complicated because i changed a lot of black rubber coolant hose to braided, takes a while to change stuff to threaded fittings. plus it has the oil cooler which i'm waiting to be able to buy the thermostat for it, hence the unfinished lines, lots of stuff to fit, it also has the catch can inline with the pcv valve, and i'm using the canister to keep fuel from going to waste by evaporation. once everything is fitted i'll finish the underhood wiring and finish putting in the alternator, everything fits but i need that civic four groove pulley i cant seem to locate, i may just remove the old alternator, looks like the idler assembly off of a civic like my 98 will fit in there for the water pump.
i need to update this thread lol
i was about to complain cause the thread said "clear" pics, then i realized it's from 2006 lol
you need to get that car running is what you need lol its been 2 yrs tim since i joined actually haha
will do, I've been in survival mode for the last few years and the car is probably my last priority although I never stopped working on it
