Well just a quick little project to upgrade the tiny little trunk light that is in my LX-i right now. All I did is bought a Big Interior Light from Autozone that runs an 1156 Bulb. It come with the housing and cover and mounting stuff. Looks pretty nice and is pretty bright when on. It comes with a push button switch that allows you to turn it on and off but, I cut it out. Anyway all I plan to do is just mount the new light over the old one and use the two existing wires for my power and ground to light it. That way, if I decide to take it out later all I have to do is unmount it.
Just thought I post about it, its a quick and easy upgrade to existing trunk lighting and makes it alot brighter! And btw, are there any other interior lights aside from the lights on the door and the one on the headliner? This exludes and green interior lights.
