Bike Carbs vs. 2 Dual Weber DCOE's

Hey guys, got a question for all you 3geez genius'
Is there anyreason to go with bike carbs rather then weber DCOE's? I'm thinking of like the keihen carbs *spelling probably totally wrong*. Both seem really similiar from my estamation but, I'm sure there's one that's better then the other. And when I say DCOEs I mean running 2 and having it like a ITB setup. Same holds true for the Bike carbs.
Edit: Thanks in advance you guys
*forgetting to thank people, what was I thinkin' *

Webers are easier to tune DIY and spares are easy to order, but they are a little less reliable and tend to need a bit of TLC, Bike carbs are more reliable but harder to tune as you tend to need to reem the needles out to get the optimum size (but only newer bike carsb from late 90's to early 00's not old POS Kei Heins from 80's) you could use race Mikuni bike carbs as well.
As far as performance goes Bike carbs are a little more responsive low down but overall their about the same, chokes sizes on preformance bike carbs are between 38mm to 42mm Weber 45's are interchangeable with choke sizes from 34mm to 41mm although i've machined mine so their 42mm.

Yeah but, I'm still carbed so ITB's won't work w/o crazy modification for a fuel rail and what not.
