Bypass valve.

Good lord aem bypass valves are expensive.
my friend sucked up water in his civic, and i was gonna get a bypass valve so i dont do the same,
are the 10 dollar ebay cheapies the same thing, or do i get what i pay for?

also, im thinking about upgrading to a k&n filter, are any of the different models any better or worse?
i see some for about 30-40 bucks, that have the cap on them. how good are these?

all it needs to do is let air get sucked in somewhere other than thru the filter. As long as it doesnt fall apart 2 days after you install it i dont think it'll be much different that the AEM ones besides the name and design or something.

Actually the aem ones arent that good they work, but after a while the plastic gets brittle and breaks, I got one offf ebay thats metal cased for lik 20bux
