    Crankshaft pulley bolt size?

What is the size of the bolt for the crankshaft pulley. On majestic honda there is a 12 mm and a 14 mm. It's for a 1988 A20A3 block. My engine in my car has a 19mm bolt? Wtf? Is the head on the bolt just 19mm? So I need to know which one to order? Should I just see if a regular 12mm/14mm bolt will go in or what and determine the size?

So I tried a regular 14mm bolt, and it was way lose? Is it a 19mm bolt?

Why do you need a new one? Just reuse the one you have.

Bolts aren't measured by their heads. They are measured by the outside diameter of the threaded section. Your '14 mm' was probably more like a 10 mm.

Hmm. I didn't know you were doing this on a spare. I would say go to a hardware store and buy a M12X1.25 and a M14X1.25 bolt. They should only be a few cents. See which one threads into the hole and then you'll know.
