So i have a good base point of what i should turn it up too??? Aso will the fuel pressure guage kits like these for civics hook up fine to are cars?? Or do i need a different fitting? Thanks!

nope, its 37psi at idle and 39psi at WOT.

ADAM: that will fit. It will go on the line at the Fuel Filter.

awesome! thats what i needed to know! So how do i check it? I would just leave the vaccum line to the wastegate to check the pressure at idle and just diconect the vaccum line to check the fuel pressure for wot right?

    Re: Stock fuel pressure???

the FPR are 1:1 regulators. SO if you wanna run lets say 46psi of fuel pressure at 6psi of boost, you disconnect the hose with the car idling and u set it to 40psi of fuel pressure at 1atm. once u plug the vac hose from the frp to the manifold, due to the high vac in the Intake manifold, you will see the fuel pressure gauge drop to normal fuel psi. then u hit the throttle and u see 6psi on ur boost gauge, you will see 46psi of fuel pressure on your fuel pressuge gauge.

so know how much fuel pressure u have to run at max boost, and see how much the max boost is above atmospheric pressure. then subtract that from the required fuel pressure and set ur adj fpr to that fuel pressure. so from the above example, 46psi of fuel at 6psi of atmospheric pressure so u do 46-6 = 40psi of fuel pressure with the car idling and the vac hose off.
