    New To Forum

    Hey guys. I just wanted to express my interest in this forum! I am happy to finally find a place where 1st gen Accord Fans meet. I am a student at UConn and am fortunate enough to have a 1980 Honda Accord LX which my father found from a friend. It just broke 55,000 original miles and is in impecable shape. It still even has the original start-up cheet sheet that the car came with! I am hoping to get some pictures up here soon, but I thought I should touch base first! Thanks for all the helpful information provided to me on this forum, and I hope that I can help you all down the road.

    its very rare to see thoes cars...they already look good stock...i guess its from like the 4th gen that people starting them moding them beacuse of the aftermarket support

    I can't believe I just saw this post today! I graduated from UConn in December and I remember seeing that car on campus quite a few times and thinking damn that kid is very lucky to have a car like that in such nice condition.

    Anyway, like 3gjester said you should come to the CT meets and hang out with us.

    also, you better protect that car this weekend!!! (spring weekend)

    any plans for it? or are you going to keep it stock. you should polish and wax it to take care of the paint...i remember when i did it to the roof and the roof looked freaken new cuz it was shinny
