just another all nighter engine swap

here you can see how me and my mate swap our engines. sorrey about the pic quality. we swapped an a18a for an a20a2
Lifting the car up to remove gear shift linkage, CV drive shafts and shocks:

do these look bent or what. The front shocks werent exactly in good condition so we replaced them with some shocks we found in a 2.0Si vigor:

heres the old crappy a18a ready to be removed

this is how we undo the nuts on the drive shafts:

    the next day: all done

when i rebuild my b20a and put it into my accord i will have more and better photos
but yeah this is where me and my mate do all out work on cars.

the engine had ben in storage for ages in a dusty shed. started 1st time tho....
it ran like shit for a couple of minutes until it did one huge backfire threw the carby and away it went. then we put it to the test and went to a town 350kms away to pic up a car on a trailer and brought it back another nothing went wrong. Gotta love the aseries for reliability. its done 350000kms and still going strong.

Nice work you got going on there mate. For sure post some pics when you do the rebuild on the B20.

I like the drive shaft cheater bar you got there to break loose the axle nut.
