I got the 3" exhaust finally installed, the car is running pretty good, if i can make it there im gonna try 6800 rpm launches on slicks haha hopefully ill be seeing 12s... im gonna have to see because money is VERY TIGHT ive been out of work for 3 weeks now... running out of money lol

I dont know about that high of a launch, arent you still on stock axles?
Be careful not to heat'em up too much thats when trouble happens.

Your not planning to start off at that high rpm are you? Thats till a little high even on slicks dont you think. You might brake something dropping the clutch at that high rpm like shafts or tranny. I've broken a drive shaft before plus the front motor mount contantly and my car is no where near capable of pulling off 12 second 1/4's.

So just be careful and start easy.

I would run a test run on a county road near your house with the slicks. That way you know where you can launch and not break axles.

yeah i was thinking of trying that. Too bad the turbo went before we started to tune.
