1987 accord lxi turbo

i know that everyone is going to get on me with the search button thing. currently i don't have the extra hours to lok up all kinds of information. i have 3 jobs and am only able to get on the computer for about 20 minutes a night. my motor is stock and i would like to turbocharge it. it has 180,000 miles so i know i will need to rebuild it. if anyone who was turboed there 3g could give me some info on what they did it would be greatly appreciated.
i would like to know how much to bore it, what kind of intake, dimensions on cam, all internal specs, how large exhaust/what kind of muffler, what kind/size turbo, where i could find a turbo manifold for it or some pics of someone elses so i could fabricate, type and location to find a lsd, new ignition, fuel delivery, etc... i would greatly appreciate any and all advise. i am new with forced induction. thank you
