Interesting trouble with Radiator...

So... I knew the radiator had a leak, and it turned out to be a little crack on the top plastic piece. No big deal.

I already ordered a replacement so it's on it's way.

In the meantime, I put a crapload of JB weld on the crack to hopefully seal it for the next few days. The JB is hardened, and I fill up the radiator. The JB weld appears to be holding.

I run the car, trying to get it up to temp to see if it'll withstand the pressure. The temp gauge goes up, but the heater does not work at all, so I'm thinkin there's probably air in the system and it just needed to pass through.

I take the cap off, and lo, the fluid is down. So, I start filling the fluid back up, but there's this gurgling sound... and it leaks a little fluid. The fluid does not appear to be coming from anywhere on the top of the radiator.

Looking down at the bottom of the fan shroud, you can see a little fluid running around down there...

So why is the radiator leaking low, but only when it's topped off???

Must be coming from another area near the top you are not looking at.
