    They'll work.
You'll probably want to get them coated first, and don't spend the extra money on the painted ones.
On the 3rd gens you need to modify the collector thing at the bottom (can't remember what it's called), so that may be necessary on these as well.
The gains will be noticeable, but probably not insane.

Of course I'm lazy. If I wanted to work on my car I'd have gotten a DSM

the only reason people modify the ball joint flange is because it tends to rattle. usually most people just weld it or get a flex section. that'll work for sure. let us know if you get it.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

That's a really great price. I've had the Pacesetter on my 88 for a couple of weeks and have had no problems, no rattling, w/ the ball joint connection in place of the flex pipe. Make sure you put washers on both sides of the springs. I also had my pipes JetHot coated when I bought them. I did have a clearance issue w/ the down tubes vibrating against the engine frame member, but just had the frame cut out a MINOR amount to aid clearance. It's been working fine, so far. Can't tell you about HP gains w/ the header alone because I had my cam put on at the same time.

    Re: whats the verdict?

I would call them and verify the info in the ad. There's no way the same header will fit all Accords from 79-83. The ad says they are the 2-port header. All the Accords up to 1979 had two exhaust ports. In 1980, Accords in California went with 4 exhaust ports, and the other 49 states went 4-port in 1981. In 1982, the Accord Intake/Exhaust port configuration changed, and the earlier manifolds won't fit them. Hope that helps.
