    Question Can't Locate Rebuild Parts

    I Am In The Process Of Rebuilding My 1986 Accord Lx (carb) And Am Having Trouble Locating 2 (for Lack Of Better Terms) Freeze Plugs? That Go In The Block. One Is Located Just Above The Oil Pump On The Front Side, And The Other Is On The Back Of The Block, And Is Actually A Steel Ball. They Have Been Mic'ed At .488". Honda Dealer Doesn't Even List Them, And Nobody Around Seems To Know What I'm Talking About.
    86 ACCORD LX
    (rebuilt engine (+0.020) 12/06)
    89 ACCORD LX-i
    (rebuilt engine 5/24/08)
    86 TOYOTA MR2
    (complete rebuild 9/02/09- (+0.50, Crower cams, TRD intake + exhaust))
    85 TOYOTA MR2
    87 TOYOTA MR2

    I'm pretty sure Honda lists them. Did you go to the dealer and have them check the inventory?
