    Of course putting A header on will add HP. The F22 header will not directly bolt on, please search before starting new threads. Here is a thread about modifying a F22/23 header, im not sure if its the same one you have. https://www.3geez.com/forum/showthrea...t=50705&page=2 .

    H&H?

    S&S makes the 4-1

    As for the 1990 accord, it's not the same port spacing as the later F-Series.

    These are the year and engines that will work *With Modification*.
    * F22B1
    * F22B2
    * F22B6
    * Engine : 2.2l , 2156cc
    * 1994 - 1997 Accord
    * -
    * F23A1
    * F23A4
    * F23A5
    * Engine : 2.3l , 2254cc
    * 1998 - 2002 Accord

    Re: f22a header on a a20 ????

    I hope your really good at making parts or got some money because your not going to find many GOOD parts for cheap. Most of the parts are hard to find so when you do they will be a little pricey. Heres a little list of parts and prices to show you whats available for motor performance. What other mods do you have done? A header with stock exhaust and intake will kind of be pointless.

    Intake($50)- Only a short ram is made and it sucks so you need to make a custom CAI.
    Header($200-$350)- They are really hard to find except pacesetter(S&S, DC, paeco, pacesetter).
    Exhaust($200)- Pacesetter is the only company that makes one, but it is pretty good.
    Cam gear($150)- really hard to get your hands on right now until more get made (Golden Eagle, Custom).
    Camshaft($100-$125)- You can get a few different ones (delta, colt, gude)
    Cat($50)- high flow test pipe from ebay.
    Strut Bar($200) Made by DC.
    For a good setup of bolt ons for everything you will be spending around $900-$1000. You can probably get some of the stuff for a little cheaper, but thats about what your looking at for performance bolt ons. If you wanted more you could get a gude head package, nitrious, custom turbo, bore, ect.

    You will notice a little diffeance with a short ram, but you can just modify a CAI and its a lot better.

    i think a 2000ish? accord cai bolts right up WITHOUT any mods ask b16killa. also 90-93 intgra, 90-97 accord CAI will work with minor mods. or you can get one made yourself, look it up in the HOW-TO section. oh and the short ram on your 4gen should work and anything is better than stock!!!!
