Very nice jigga, that is my favorite 4dr of all time. So how do the struts feel, Mine are going strong an havent started to wear out what so ever. What did you use to stabilize the perch onto the strut.
looking good jigga!
New wheels are lookin awesome now that you have better pics. Car looks great jigga.

Jigga, I love your taste. Those wheels look alot better with that stance. Car is just perfect. Time for performance and brake upgrades!
Oh yeah, you don't rub the tires with 1/2" suspension travel like that? I had to cut the tabs that fold up under the fenderwells with a rotozip to clear the tires and keep them from slicing into the sidewalls. (That rolling the fender tabs with a baseball bat idea does not work at all).
damn thoes wheels are hott
looking goodnever seen that lip before either is it for 3geez originally?
Black grille and color matched mirrors, then perfection.
Thanks 2 meverybody for checkin it out. I'm so glad for what everyone here is doing with the 3Gs. Nice, tasteful and unique things.
Man I'm thinking about it, and I've decided to keep the car for another year or two so I could use some GO with the show. I'd like to do the brake upgrade l ike you have, and now that I'm moving to ATX, I may try to get the reworked motor that ryan has since he is all into his Mustang GT. But I'm all for it now!Originally Posted by ICEMAN707
The tires are 215 and in the back, yeah i cut the top fender lip (some of it was rusted out from a while back, anywayz) because they would rub when i had people in the back.
The lip is form an Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo.
Sometimes I miss my chrome thangs, too. But These wheels were free, versus getting new tires for my chromies.
I do, but at a slant and with precaution. ALso...I have clear vinyl all along the lip so that it doesn't scratch as easily..Kinda like the 3M Clear Brai bet you dont drive it up driveways and stuff.
damn thanx for the tip!!!! im going to have to try that cause my lip is fuked up from me going over very small bumps, yes its that low....Originally Posted by jigga225
I don't see why you wouldn't just keep the car for life! That thing looks damn nice and you seem to be going in the right direction with all the mods with it. Keep it up! Don't give up on her man! Get a spare A20A3 on the side to build up into a turbo monster then swap it in when it's good and ready. With SOHC and only 12 valves, the only way to get more air in there for more power is forced induction, aftermarket B-series intake mani, bigger throttle body, port/polish head job (perhaps some oversize valves), and a cam. Trust me, you'd be happy. Of course, this is just basic...you can still upgrade the block with a balanced crank, lightweight rods (titanium), and aftermarket pistons.Originally Posted by jigga225
As far as the stock A20 tranny goes, you upgrade it by getting a Civic lsd (from one with a cable tranny), aluminum flywheel, Clutchnet stage 2 clutch, you're good to go.
For OBD-1, get the OBD-0/OBD-1 harness conversion, get an OBD-1 dizzy and find a way to mount it (custom bracket), and get a good SOHC non-VTEC OBD-1 ECU that's chippable so you can put a custom chip with a good air/fuel ratio basemap. A good 92-95 Civic non-VTEC D-series ECU like the P05 will do. Or, if you wanna go extreme, go stand-alone ECU with Crome/Hondata and such. Of course, more re-wiring has to be done than just plugging in the OBD-0/OBD-1 harness. You might have to switch out or add some wires. I'm sure this is in a thread somewhere....check to make sure.
For turbo mani, custom made or go here:
http://www.evolution-racing.com/store/exmanifold.htm
Intercooler and Charge piping, also custom made or rig a set off other closely matching Honda car (maybe 4gee Accord, 92-00 Civic).
Fuel, by getting a Walbro pump or an early 90's Camaro v8 pump as a cheaper alternative. Fuel pressure regulator and fuel rail that are out there available for the B-series intake manifold you put in.
List goes on and on....

^ wow, sounds like one hellof a setup!!! if i ever get money, i would love to do all the beggining, (intake mani and what not....) then maybe, one day maybe go turbo.

honestly man, I can't get these struts to feel as stiff as the Koni's were. Even on the highest setting. Still a bit of a bounce at highway speeds on these bad Louisiana interstates. But they haven't declined or seem to have worn out at all. Looking good so far.Originally Posted by Legend_master
man I really like the idea. But one thing is I want to keep it suitable to be my daily driver, cause I only drive my Legend occasionaly. I'm moving to Texas this weekend, so there will be a lot more support for tuning.Originally Posted by ice
Now that I have the suspension, I'ma begin with the brakes looking for a rear disc. And then do more research into the motor works. I'll get at you for support!
