JDM spec the best in the world....
Nice. the Cefiro is basically our maxima. except much sportier. depending on the year of car they sourced that accord is running S13 front suspension and skyline rear. which is what the 1st and 2nd gen Cefiro had, right?
^^^ Those one piece bumpers are standard on the 2.5g Accords. Well the rear is a "Vigor" bumper, since on the Vigor they put that garnish between the taillights, and the license plate down below. Otherwise it's the same bumper as is on my car. The front is the same as any 2.5g Accord as well. Except that one has some kind of lip across the bottom. I always thought those bumpers would look wicked on the early 2g Accords like yours.
john has alex shipped you that vigor piece yet?
Not yet, I asked him to save it to ship with the rest of the stuff.
Man there is a yard just north of here with a plethora of 2g Accords. A couple weeks before my next visit, I'll snag a couple and bring them up in the back of my hatch.Originally Posted by guyhatesmycar

well my ex-school teacher had an original privately imported JDM Honda Vigor 1982. it was really sweet...i mean the specs...however the car was pretty beaten. the paint was original metallic maroon from new and was pitted and dinged in several places. the original honda vigor had the quad square light set up and a lovely honey comb grill. it also had the garnish between the tail lamps and the license plate on the bumper. it also featured an early navigation system, sadly only useful in japan. also it had a climate control system, radio controls on the wheel, p.steering, an EK2 engine, electric wing mirrors, door pillers painted black and factory white hub-caps...
overall this car looked very mean. dueto the difficulty to get parts my teacher sold it cheap. the last i saw it it had some king size muffler, driven by sum young dude.
even though its hard times, the power windows woked till the end.
an easy way to tell a vigor from a standard accord would be by the metal panel under the garnish. there you can see where the number plate goes lower but the vigor has a thicker panels which gives a clean look.
the malaysian 2gen has the similar specs as the 2gens elsewhere apart from the headlamps. however the dealership never sold the vigor and the red one is an early 2g.
also.2genguy, the arm rest is a generic item, universal to many cars. thats what i think anyway. regards, dev...
life is only what you make of it...
