Question Need a cooling hose/pipe diagram....

I just want to make sure I got everything correct, I have an 87 Carbed car and I need a diagram or something that shows the routing or the cooling hoses. If anyone has one please post it thats a lot.

Don't forget to use new carburetor base gaskets when removing the carb.

    There are two gaskets
One is an O-Ring type gasket, the other is a sheet gasket.

If it leaks coolant can make it way out of the hole in the intake manifold and get sucked into the engine.

Re: Need a cooling hose/pipe diagram....

The reason I ask is because my engine is taking a crazy long time to reach operating temperature. At first I thought I might have run a coolant line that was bypassing the thermostat or something. But your diagram shows everything is alright. Any ideas why its taking so long? Collant is topped off and I doubt any blocked passages as the engine was power washed and all passages were cleaned throughly. The temp sensor was carried over from my orignial engine and it functioned flawlessly. Ideas?
