I need to make one more cut where the filter goes and go back to home depot and get the rubber parts. This was easy as pie to make! And only cost me $46 in the end.

I'm going to powdercoat it black along with the valve cover. YAY! I'm slowly working on it day by day.
Nice job - I'd never guess your intake was "home-made". Keep up the good work!
Well worth the time and money spent! Quit spending money on ebay cai and do this instead!
It's finished, just need to get it powdercoated and get the rubber fittings.
93 integra with minor mods compared to my diy - As you can see the part that the filter attaches too, is the same.

What color do you guys think i should do the cai and valve cover?
I think black (with the Honda logo on the valve cover sanded to stay silver) would look great!
Went to Lowes today and got the rubber pieces.

Yah, the wheel well will be bought next month after it's welded on. I also want to purchase a brand new plastic lining for the wheel well. I'm set on priority level right now. That piece will cost $70. I just want to get the car driveable. Also it looks empty because the headlight motor, wiring, and all the little stuff are removed.
Finally you aren't missing a huge chunk of the car![]()

Got some work done on the hatch this morning. Cut the bad spot out. It's bolted on, just needs to be adjusted and then welded in. Do you like my hood prop!?!?
Radiator support needs to be painted. It's been 18 months since I've seen a radiator support on this car!

Turabaka came over to the Bitesize shop, and we got his spark plugs, rotor, cap, and oil changed.
We also put his steering wheel on.
