i actually was seriously contemplating trying to attempt this swap yesterday. i was looking under the hood of my gf's '96 accord v6 (which uses the same engine) and just eyeballing it, it wouldn't be the hardest thing to fit in.
so i was at the jy today and there was a 3g sitting right next to a legend so i had to take a look. and it really wouldn't be too much work to get in the bay. wiring might be require the legend harness along w/ the engine. but basically, as far as mounts go, you would just need to put an engine mount on the passenger side, move the front mount over about 6 inches or so, and put a mount on the crossmember at the back of the engine bay. it shouldn't be much harder to do than a h22 swap. so now i just need to pick up an efi shell and a c27 and i can get to work. and of course, there's that european fellow with pix of the swap in progress.
