I am getting about 21/ gallon, is this right for my carbed 87 accord lx? If not what do I need to check/change in order to fix this problem? I have already changed the rotor, distributor cap, spark plugs.

Change your cat.
I get 35-40 now.. well over 2xx,xxx on the car/motor.
do a tune up....you should be geting 28-35 mpg
