I'm not understanding this... why didn't you invest the money in a 13" steelie tire repair and paint and go find a used 14" tire for your accord rim. it looks like crap, and masking tape costs $2. Utilize it, your car looks worse when you pop the cap off of a spray can every time. Your stickers look bad, your beat up fender looks bad, your over sprayed tires look bad and your progress is horrible.
