Honda Accord 2.0Si F1 edition (no pics YET)

Well I keep spotting the same Honda Accord 2.0Si F1 edition on the way to work, it's parked nearby. It's probably the very same one I didn't buy (STUPID ME) about 3 years ago. It's mint.

I'm getting my camera back soon, keep an eye out here for pics!

Re: Honda Accord 2.0Si F1 edition (no pics YET)

To find a mint one is very hard these days. I stole the work camera and went to have a look, but it was gone. It must belong to someone who goes to the gym outside which it was parked, and then goes to work by 9am. I saw it at 8:45am and it's 10am Friday here now.

I'll take a couple of photos of it from a distance if I see it next week, then perhaps leave a note on it asking if they want to sell (only if it's a manual).

This weekend I have nothing to do, if the weather is nice I'll drive around and take some pics of random Hondas. I'll try and find some ultra-rare ones, like the F1 Civic and Accord, Accord Exclusive and the 3rd gen Prelude "Si States" with it's B21A. And some of the cars that you probably haven't seen much off, such as the 4th gen Accord Inspire, Ascot and Ascot Inova. Also, if any are still working (unlikely), the old Legend Turbo.

How come honda, well not just honda, but CARMAKERS IN GENERAL, just make cars with models to distribute throughout the whole world, instead of JDM and EUDM and whatever we're considered? Sucks, it always makes me think twice on what kind of car i should get for a project...that wont be for a couple months though...oh well...my 2 cents...

Shit, mine must be an F1, cause it's a model they made back then.

But really, quit being stupid. Obviously it had to come with some kind of features the others didn't.

ha, man ur funny and way to edit!

all i could find was:The suspension of this Civic/Accord was beefed up even more, with a Formula 1-inspired fully-independent double wishbone set-up finding a home at all four corners of the car. This was the best-handling Civic/Accord yet.

The interior also got some love thanks to the factory Recaro seats. There may not be a huge "Recaro" logo stitched on the backs of these things, but trust us, these seats are top-notch.

yeah i believe that they all came with b20s....and have a F1 interior....some one from New Zeland posted some pics not too long ago....the strering wheel has a F1 logo insted of the honda one...and it looks HOT. i think they also came with 2 piston front calipers and some other goddies like that.

They are just an Accord Si or Civic Si with cosmetic upgrades such as the black interior, f1 seats and stickers etc. They also came with 14" alloy wheels.

At the time (1986) there was no Si Exclusive, which came with the facelift model in 1987. So the F1 edition was the only Si without a brown or blue interior. Being a non-facelift it would have had big orange corners and it wouldn't have had electric folding mirrors. Climate air controls would have been optional.
