Thermostat hose

If somebody could tell me where the smaller of the two hoses that goes into the thermostat goes to I would really appricate it if you could share.. Or a picture would work... I'm about 3 hours from having my car running.. but I don't know where that hose needs to be.... btw, car's an 89' LX

ur tallking about the thermostat near the distributor right? THe hose from it goes to the top of the radiator, near the filler cap on the radiator.
