Ha! I run 15w-40 CL-4 in pretty much everything, from the chev's 350 to the Toy's 22R. The current clearances on the 22R are 0.0021 mains and 0.0018-19 on the rods. The engine builder in town here actually recommends Diesel grade engine oil for the detergent additive package and extra film strength. I run an AC Delco PF-13C filter on the toyota, which happens to be identical to the Mopar filter for the mid 90's truck engines. Seems they're both made by Wix. They're the same size, shape, screw thread, and both have a "3" and "4" stamped in the same place in the same font on the top of the filter. I'm also pretty sure that the Motomaster filters from Canadian Tire are not Fram, as I use a Motomaster instead of the Fram on my 82's 1.6l. Its almost twice the size as the Fram. I bet Wix, Purolater and Bosch make 90% of the OE filters out there.
One of my other cars is a Hyundai XG350L...3.5 litres, which is a lot bigger than the Accord 2.0, yes? SAME oil filter.
Just wanted to update this with a picture and all. I'm on the second one so far so good. I'm not sure if there would be a problem with this filter on a carbed car. I also do not have all the air box stuff on my car as well and it may interfear with the length of the filter.

The blue is the Honda filter of course the middle is the Puralator and the one on the right is a generic replacement for a Fram I had laying around.
The only negative is this filter is about 6.35$ at Advanced Auto parts but it is right on the shelf.

Mobile filters. Have good experience with them.

It is deff worth spending the extra few bucks cause i was curious one day and had a old fram filter and a fresh used K&N filter off my 89 lxi. I used a saw zaw and cut them both in half to see which was better. Trust me the K&N has alot more filter space and catches all the sludge and nasty things we dont need in out motors. the fram barly had any filtration at all but the k&n has alot more flow... so i spend the 14 bucks for the K&N and use only Castrol GTX every 3000 miles. ***To be exact on the filter its a K&N 1004 filter***
Purolator L30165 Classic Oil Filter : Amazon.com : Automotive
Haven't seen any for sale in a while unless its on line like this one. Never did any research on any others. I never remember to until its oil change time.
Just to add I use this filter because its bigger and holds more oil.

Blue, I sure wouldn't be going out of my way to buy a Purolator filter. Worst oil pressure I ever had was a Purolator. The Wix from Napa or O'Reilly work great. No reason to re-invent the wheel here.

thats cheap. I got to Napa auto parts and use the Napa gold filter that is made by Wix i use the 1334 for my GSR engine. I also switched over to Valvoline Race oil 10-30. It has high zinc for lifters and keeps my motor running smooth at high rpms 7700rpm shifts because thats where my power drops off.
