Can any of you guys provide me with the stock muffler internal desiging (meaning pipe sizing, routing etc) for the 3rd gen Accord.
The OEM is not available here anymore - and no fabricators have the diagram anymore.
I think that you would have this - any form will do - drawing, sketch whatever...

Why are you so intent on getting an OEM muffler? The most popular muffler on the board is the Dynomax Super Turbo; 2.25" inlet. I think it's around $35. Sorry, never cut an OEM muffler open. There no diagrams in the Haynes or Honda repair manuals either. Stock pipe size is 1.75" I think.

are you trying to make custom exhaust?
just take it to muffler shop and they will make it for you.
and yah dynomax super turbo is the way to go.

if the car ur tlaking about is for your dad who does not want a sporty muffler, then you gotta go thru honda dealership to get a stock muffler from honda. or u can get a generic muffler and put it on there.
