steering feels loose?

im thinking i need to balljoints, atleast in the passenger side front, cuz the boot is ripped. about how much are the upper ball joints, i guess its best to go ahead and replace them both at the same time. also are there any better brands or should i get honda original ?

You can never go wrong with genuine Honda stuff. Especially with important safety stuff like balljoints (remember oldschool's misfortune?), I like to stick with stuff that I know for sure is of a good quality. Check your tierod ends too while you're at it, those would also cause loose steering, and could be disasterous if they break while driving (just like balljoints).
