    What is the round thing next to the P/S Reservoir?

    The one with a cable coming out of the center.

    yeah...people take it out when it doesnt work or when they want to take some weight off for racing.

    i tossed it a while ago. Usually the reason cruise doesnt work is because your horns no longer function. Wierd but true

    my horns work....but the CC does not work...i even took my ampmetter to the damn buttons since i have the prelude wheel i think something is wrong with it....i want to take it off anyways cuz it clean up the engine bay a bit.

    What is your evidence for this??? They are not connected in any way unless they share the same fuse.
