Since it seems like I never have the time to finish my projects, if I send you my extra set of OEM tails for the van, do you think you can convert them to all LED for me? I'll even seperate the lens from the housing for you.

Cool, I gotta get them apart and mail them out. I've just been really busy the past week.
I've been practicing soldering and I have to admit, it's easier than I thought. I can make it bead right on and it looks shiny and brilliant. I found the perfect circuit boards at radioshack. 3 bucks each. So 12 bucks should be just right.

I'm very bored so I made up a business name and backdrop.
I made some white led's with wires for fun.
i forgot how many LEDs per resistor... what was it again? 4:1 or 5:1, possibly 1:1, or does it not matter?
and theres 2 different sizes of resistors. im assuming the bigger ones are for the bigger LEDs
as for the stock harness', are the black wires the ground wires?(im gonna assume this is a yes cause blacks a common ground)
The resisters are based upon 14 volts for your car and are rated higher than than normal to protect the led and make it last longer.
The resisters are to be on the positive side
The led positive side is the longer lead
The led negative side is the shorter lead
THE BIG RESISTERS ARE 270 OHMS
Good for 2 red/green led's in parrallel
Good for 2 white/blue led's in parrallel
The smaller resisters are 100 ohms
Good for 4 white/blue led's in parrallel
Good for 4 red/green led's in parrallel
so it doesnt matter what size LEDs i use then between the resistors??.
what about the harness part on the car? ive got extra harness', but i have no idea which wires positive and negative, blacks probably negative?
Size in led's doesn't matter.
The brighter colors are the positive colors.
