    Gas mileage

    How many miles does a 89 lxi get on a full tank?..... Ive never filled it up

    about 400-420. but thats because i do mostly interstate driving on weekends, and very little city driving during the week

    I usually get about 350-375. I could go more, but I dont like to let it get real empty and risk burning up my fuel pump. Mileage is usually always around 27-30 with city/highway mix. It will probably go up a little now though since I just started my new job (well, location wise), and I drive about 30 miles on the interstate everyday without much stop and go

    I just went up to 450 before pumping again. The light didn't come on though. However, I usually pump when I'm around 360-380 just to be on the safe side. I like my gas mileage.
