i personally would go with the 90 civic si. Light as shit....all the go fast goodies and suspension you could ever want....and theyre stupidly common so parts arent hard to get.....

If i were to choose from those i would pick the 1990 civic si...but i like to be unique...which is why i have a 3gee. i wouldnt mind a civic si on the side though...lol.

definitely the civic si. and swap a zc into it. those engines are rediculously cheap and make pretty good numbers. i like to think of them (the dohc ones anyway) as a b16 without vtec.

yeah you would have to have all emmitions on the engine. most ppl leave it out cuz its just extra work.

yeah, you could. a competent mechanic or mechanically-inclined individual could probably do the engine swap in 4-6 hours if they have all the tools and parts handy and everything goes like clockwork. and taking it out every two years and rebuilding it or something isn't a bad idea. and if you live in socal like i do and drive like hell, it's a good time for a new t-belt and other maintenance like that. maybe even a rebuild.
these older engines may look complicated when you first pop the hood, but they're extremely easy to deal with. but swapping a zc out of an ef civic every two years would be much easier than say swapping a k20a out of an es civic.

he sprite is what I would get,you shouldn't have emmisions on it eithier,it has no emmisions systems. plus there are a lot of go fast options for it like webber setups,as is the same for most brittish cars.

Sprite since you already have parts and rwd is fun. Although parts are cheap for civics.
