and Hell for a free car that is in pretty good condition. As for the oil leak, check the main seal and the axle seals.

    o and
Cover for the head? You mean the valve cover gasket? Yeah, that's leaking too, but it's a slow leak. I'm just gonna take some RTV to that.

I'm hoping the head gasket is alright, but I have a gut feeling it's blown. There was a good amount of white smoke pourin out of that thing, but I didn't drive it far enough to see if it would overheat.

    It's a 5spd manual.

The rear main seal was my first thought when I saw the amount of oil...
I'm gonna get it to my friend's shop on thursday, clean the undercarrage, put some dye in the oil, and do some searching...

I don't really like bench racing, because the driver is a HUGE part of what car will win any race.

But, here's specs on the two cars:

    2007 Honda s2000:
    2.2L Inline 4
    HP: 240 @ 7800
    TQ: 161 @ 6800
    Curb Weight: ~2800lbs
    Redline: 8000

    1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4
    3.0L V-6
    HP: 320 @ 6000
    TQ: 315 @ 2500
    Curb Weight: ~3700lbs
    Redline: 7000

Oh, and if it makes you feel any better, this is my avatar on socal3s.com, a socal 3000GT & stealth forum:

An S2000 and a VR4 would be a good lineup (stock for stock) They're 0-60s are practically the same. The VR4 has the advantage of AWD take off...while the S2000 has that weight drop. Tough call on the win.

Hopefully the post whores had their cute pizza party...contribute to threads damnit! Heh.
