I've been looking around everywhere for custom tail lights for my 87 LXI, but I haven't been able to find anything in stock. So I figured if that was the case then they just don't manufacture any, so I'd have to customize them myself. Any tips or tricks to make nice looking tail lights?

That would look nice. I've been told to use fine grit sandpaper to get results like that but I'm not sure if that's the way to go about it or not.
thoes are alteza lights....they would sell them on ebay....im not sure if they still do but they were like 90 bucks a pair

you can buy those lights, but you can only get the outer ones.
I've checked ebay and they don't have them anymore. I saw them before and figured I'd buy them later, but now I feel like kicking myself in the ass for not getting them when I had the chance. I've looked all over the net and have found nothing. If anything the accord years start at '90. I guess I don't have much pf a choice now but to do something to them myself.

man i did mine like mase did and now they have a crack in them and i can't find eny new 89 lxi tails enywhere im screwed
