    I nominate wizzfish.

I think it has to be the most BEST 1gee I have EVER seen. Completely rust-less, it's just so beautifull, so clean. The condition of it is just imaculate. That's the reason I nominate it, just too clean.

    The only mod:
    Satellite radio

    Sexy...

PS: I hope this nomination went well :-/

Re: Nominations - December Accord of the Month

I would like to nominate wildshovelbill_06
This car demonstrates the true spirit of the forum's founders,as well as all media/tv/magazines supporting extreme import 4 cylinder racing, performance, upgrading, and entheusists. Watch the video provided on the link here, It reminds me of the first CVCC Honda rally race cars that influenced many groups and business profiles such as Mugen racing, Pacesetter, Speednation, DC performance, and whole list of sport compact performance interests.
Wildshovelbill_06 's car spanked a group of other sport compacts this year, taking the checkered flag on many occasions. The only actual drivetrain mods were just re-tuning the de-tuned stock engine. Cars like this one set up for racing with trail by error tuning tricks ; just like the CVCC took the trophys away from the Mini-Cooper in the late sevantys ; have obviosley inspired Honda Motor Company to design cars such as the Prelude and CRX ,turn key sport compacts that started a generation of vehicles that changed the entire industry during the mid eightys-early ninetys. (Members that know my rambleing on know how I can start right here* with an essay on motor swapping and how HMC had to have known how this industry expand if they made it easy to swap 200+ hp in 2000 pound cars.) It all starts with homeboys like Wild Bill's run what ya brung knowledge and skills. It takes a lot of work to prep a car for dirt track or circle track racing. Wildshovelbill_06 initiated the correct mods and applied the old school meets new school , and turned his 87 SOHC 2.0 Hatchback LX-i into a barnstorming killer extreme 4 banger that took on twin cam, cam in block race cars which also produce lots of torque but just did not have the Wildshovelbill_06 driving and race car building skills to be consistant. This 87 LX-i is well worthy of being AOM.
attached photos and a link will be posted here as asap. This post is a work in progress (administrative approved). My nomination stands as more information and pics will be posted here.

    ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN

Long Ram intake, only one headlight opens where cold air intake pulls
    Custom tuning without aftermarket support
Head work; angle cut valve job, Polished intake and exhaust
18 inch streight 2.25 diameter exhaust
    Denso plugs
Groove cut brake pads for heat disipation (not recommended for street)
